How to submit a request
- Email us from the address associated with your account.
- Use the subject line Partial data deletion request.
- List the data categories, content links, or item identifiers you want deleted.
- Complete the identity-verification step we send you, if required.

Never send us your password or a one-time login code. We may use a separate verification message to confirm that the request belongs to you.
Data you may ask us to delete
- Profile information, display name, and avatar.
- Community posts, comments, thoughts, blogs, group content, and forum content you authored.
- Messages you sent and your social connections, follows, memberships, and blocks.
- Saved articles, learning or experience progress, alert preferences, and other app settings.
- Newsletter, contact, and support records that we can reasonably identify as yours.
Some content also has an in-app delete control. Using this page is available even when you want to keep your account.
What may be retained
We may retain records only where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security, abuse investigations, or a legal hold. Encrypted disaster-recovery backups may remain until normal rotation. Fully anonymized or aggregated information that can no longer be linked to you is not personal account data.
We cannot delete editorial material, content owned by another user, or records that do not relate to the verified requester.
Timing and full account deletion
We normally complete a verified request within 45 days. If you instead want your entire account and its associated data permanently deleted, use our separate account-deletion flow.
